Red moles on the skin are not an uncommon or atypical condition. If the moles have changed in shape or color, then you should consult with a physician or dermatologist.
Red moles may or may not be concerning. You should have the lesion evaluated by your primary doctor or a dermatologist especially if it is growing or changing.
You probably should have it looked at. It is difficult to tell whether or not a mole is dangerous unless you get it tested by a doctor. If you haven't done so already, you should get it looked at.
It is not something to be concerned about. I have several and have had them checked out. My doctor said they are strawberry moles and are common on light complexions.
