Definitely-they are a great way to build up your strength. You can start slowly and work towards increasing the number of pushups. Plus, they can be done almost anywhere-a cheap, effective way to do strength training.

Yes, no doubt, I started out doing 10 and reached 30 within 2 weeks. It's also improved my ab muscles.

Push ups are great for strength training because you are making your pecs, delts and triceps work hard to get your body weight up off the floor. Another bonus is that you can do them anywhere and modify them, depending on your current fitness level.

Push ups are great they strengthen the triceps and pecs,but you should combine them with pullups and chin ups for lats,70% of upper body muscle mass are back muscles!

yea bro all the way if ur gnna push something or someone pushups will definetely gve u that power combat fitness it helps alot and you will mass up soo all over it works screw the gym thats all im saying:D
