Yes, they are. There are no restrictions on who can convert to Christianity. Anybody who accepts the teachings of Jesus Christ to be divine may convert. It is simply the power of being a believer.

All people from Idonesia are allowed to convert to Christianity except for the Muslims. Muslims not only in Indonesia but from around the world are districted from converting to other religion. This is their law. Those Muslim people who converted to Christianity or other religion will be strictly punished by the Muslim Law.

Indonesia's constitution allows for religious freedom thus the people of Indonesia are allowed to convert. Indonesia has had much Islamic influence though and converting may create problems.
