If they are not on your reproductive organs or bum, it sounds to me like you may have eczema and may need to see a dermatologist. My advice would be to go to a community health clinic in a neighboring city where nobody knows you to make sure. Chances are if its not unbearably painful its eczema or an allergy.

Not necessarily. They could be an allergic reaction to a food or chemicals in laundry powder or other cleansers. Sometimes brushing up against foliage will give you bumps.

Not necessarily. YOu might have a rash, or the hives. The only way to know for sure would be to go to a doctor and have him/her check.

It is very possible that these bumps you describe could be a sign that you have an STD. You should see a doctor as soon as possibly can to make sure it is not an STD - or if it is, to get the right prescription needed to cure the disease.
