What are the itchy red lesions all over my legs?

There could be many reasons that you have red itchy lesions all over your legs. You could have got in a briar patch and got your legs scratched up. It is itching because it is healing. Most of the time that is the case. You could have gotten into some fleas, or some other insect.

Since you were camping, poison ivy, oak or sumac is probably the culprit. All you need to do is come in contact with any part of these plants and you will probably get the red, itchy bumps within 2-15 days. An antihistamine or calamine lotion will relieve symptoms.

It could be due to some insect bite. It could also be a reaction or due to contact with sumthing that you are allergic to. If u have fever or breathlesness or increase in the size of the lesions it is better that you consult with a dermatologist.
