What are these small clear itchy bumps on my fingers and hands?

You may have eczema,an allergic or autoimmune disease that runs in families. Do people in your family have hay fever or asthma? Eczema is treated with moisturizers, antihistamines, and sometimes cortisone. If you've touched something irritating,it may only be dermatitis. A doctor can tell you for sure.

I have a lot of experience with allergies,my guess is you have had an allergic reaction. I would wash my hand a lot and do not touch other parts of my body. If the symptoms do not die down in a day or two, see a doctor.

Because of your body heat. Take fruits which will cool your body and small clear itchy bumps will disappear immediately.

The clear itchy bumps could be many things, starting with poison ivy, oak or sumack. If it becomes bothersome you should consult with your doctor.
