What are the red, itchy bumps on the corner of my eyes?

This could be an allergic reaction. If you are wearing mascara you should discontinue it for now. If you are sharing mascara, discontinue this practice immediately as it is very easy to share eye infections.

Itchy eyes may be due to allergy to any cosmetics, dust or may be because of Non-Washed Eyes, continuously rubbing eyes, some small objects or acids or solvents falling in the eye, smoke or other irritant gases, fever with runny nose. Itchy eyes will result in red or pink eyes

The red itchy bumps on the corner of your eyes may be due to any insect bites. Otherwise several reasons such as allergies, dust accumulated etc.
