You can find free scrapbooking layouts plentiful on the web, but remember, all you're getting is the sketch/design. You have to provide your own scrapbooking materials.
These days, "free" things typically aren't free. Usually, such "free" things require some sort of participation--signing up for a mailing list, completing a survey, etc.--before the "free" item can be obtained.
