What are gluten free drinks?

I am trying to go gluten free.

One gluten free drink is milk. However, it should be whole milk, not any chocolate milk. Water is also a really good gluten free drink. Any sort of tea and 100% fruit juices are a great choice. It is important to stay away from any sort of chocolate drinks or any non dairy creamers because they tend to have gluten.

Most fruit juices are gluten free. Milk is almost always gluten free, as is coffee. When in doubt, however, make sure to read labels carefully.

milk (make sure you're not lactose intolerant), fruit juice, teas (check herb teas first) and gluten-free beer. The new gluten free beer tends to be made from sorghum, millet, rice or buckwheat. Always check the ingredients on any drink you choose to be sure it does not contain gluten ingredients.
