Are destroyed houses worth anything?

it all depends on the location of the destroyed house. If the house is located in a place close to a freeway or close to a busy street the house could be destroyed and something else can be build in its place. For this case how the house looks it does not matter.

It depends on how the house was destroyed, the location of the house, and the cost of fixing the house versus the possible amount of the sale of the house.
