Are Andis clippers a good brand?

I have used Andis clippers a few times and saw them at a hair show. I think they are great clippers. I personally think Wahl works great and is cheaper. I am a cosmetologist and use them daily, but I don't think you can go wrong with Andis clippers either.

The prices seem reasonable. The company is still fairly new it's been in business since 1992, so about 8 years, they're past the 5 year danger mark. One of the things I notice is that they have service stations, which to me is a mark of professionalism, that they are willing to fix problems if they occur.

On average Andis clippers have received a positive and favorable review from 6 out of 7 users. Users state they would recommend this product. This product appears to do what it says it can do. One user states "best he's ever used".

If your reccomend is coming from your usual hairdresser, I would go for it. Tools are a personal choice, and your friends and people who value you will give you good advice.
