Parents are responsible for loving, taking care of, and correcting their children. They are to raise their children to know God, and to be wise.

Parents are to provide a home for the child with good surroundings. Good habits and good manners are to be taught, along with a spiritual background to provide a "backbone".

The roles of parents are to take care of their kin. So that all hell doesn't break loose. Without parents, there would be no structure to life. We would be animals. So, the next time your mother or father tells you to eat your vegetables, remember it's what God wants. Obey your mother and father.
