Question by  duvessa (30)

Would it be a breach of national security to watch live satellite images of people's houses?

It just seems unsafe.

It wouldn't be a breach of national security (unless you were witnessing state secrets being unveiled in their backyard), but it could certainly be a breach of privacy. If they were, say, nude in their backyard with a reasonable expectation of privacy, then it certainly would be some kind of violation, but not of national security.

If the pictures are taken of the outside of the house, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy so it is technically legal.
