No it won't. The operating system is too old and cannot handle Garage Band. Try using it on a more up to date operating system and it should be good.

No, it will not work on your imac. The reason is because garage band was made for Windows computers and the program is not portable. Unfortunatly, that is just the way it works with Windows versus Macs. Don't be sad, though. You can go to a Game Exchange, or similar company, and find something that will work in place.
