Why won't my cell phone charge when it's on a charger?

Well the first thing to do is check all the plugs on the charge and check the charging port. Make sure both are clean and free of damage. If they are find you battery may be loose. If it is fine then it might be that your battery is dead.

You'll have to make sure that the wires, both connecting to the wall and the one connecting to the phone are just that, connected. Also, You'll need to make sure the wire is a good wire, one that can still charge the phone. Call the phone company too and ask them how you can purchase another wire.
