Perhaps your baby is easily distracted, if that is the case try limiting what is going on in the room while nursing. A strong letdown can also cause this.

Make sure your baby is latching properly, consult a lactation specialist if you have concerns, most hospitals have one on staff. Also consider changing your diet to avoid strong foods like onions or garlic that might affect your milk, and try to get on a normal feeding schedule.

Many babies are easily distracted at the breast. Try turning down the lights, turning off the tv, and holding your baby extra close.

Make sure that she or he is staying awake while nursing and that they are in fact getting milk when they nurse. You could try changing breast, talking to them and stimulating their checks while they nurse. If this does not help try consulting with a lactation specalist or LeLech.
