Why should women perform lunges?

I dislike doing lunges but know that they are good for me, what muscles do they work and benefit do they provide?

Good legs can be developed with lunges and for woman. There are many varieties of lunges. Lunges are one of the most important exercises for the thighs and butt. These exercises burn maximum calories and provide phenomenal cardiovascular benefits. during a Lunge the torso remains upright and it is back friendly.

Lunges are good for women (and men alike), as it strengthens your leg muscles such as your quads, hamstrings, thighs and improves your balance.

They are great for your leg muscles, especially your thighs. They hurt and they are a pain but Lunges are the best way to actually strengthen your leg muscles and give you muscle tone.
