"Warm"-pipes from the Expansion-valve to the Evaporator-coil means that either:
You have a refrigerant-leak,
or
Your-air-conditioning-compressor has failed.
Air-conditioner (or freezer, or refrigerator) pipes should be:
"Very-Hot" from the Compressor to the Condensing-Coil,
Then "Warm" from Condensing-Coil to the Expansion-valve;
Then "Ice-cold" from the Expansion-valve to the Evaporator-coil;
Then either "Cool" or "Warm" from the Evaporator-coil to the Compressor.
