Why is my right hand, arm, and part of my shoulder numb?

Lack of circulation can cause numbness. Exercise is important in maintaining good circulation. One of your nerves may also have been hit which can cause numbness.

The pressure upon the arm nerves or vessels causes numbness. Raising the hand(s) above the level of heart during work or sleep can prevent appropiate perfusion of the hands and cause numbness. In cold weather narrowing of arteries also cause numbness. Degenerate disc disease or injury to cervical region also cause numbness. Cause of numbness should be treated if possible.

Due to more pain in the hand and arm which is creating the pain in the shoulder is also making us dead because we are sitting for a long time.

This is not enough information here to know what might be going on. Did you have surgery on that side of your body. How old are you? You really might want to seek medical attention right away, having numbness on any side of your body is a sign that something is wrong.
