It's not injured.

You need to see a Dr. or maybe even the Emergency Room. Although heart attack symptoms are down the left arm they can make the right arm numb.

Unless your arm fell asleep from prolonged inactivity, you are most likely having a heart attack. Call an ambulance immediately!
