First, take her to the vet to make sure it's not bladder/kidney problem. Then thoroughly wash her potty box, area around it and fill with clean gravel. Then soak and wash her bedding putting in a box of baking soda to get rid of the smell. With a clean bed and potty area your problems should be over.

When cats urinate in their own bedding it can indicate a few things. One- she has a UTI (urinary tract infection) two- she is feeling insecure and scaredf about her environment (is she skiddish? have their been environmental changes that are causing anxiety?) three- she feels that her area is cluttered. cats will pee in this case

Usually, that kind of behavior signifies that your cat is very irritated about something. It is a kind of vengeance mixed with a need of attention. It often happens when the woman of a couple that owns the cat gives birth or when a new pet suddenly joins the family.

Your cat has kidney failure, there is food for renal failure which might help. Do not give the cat human food such as ham and chicken because it is to rich for the cat their kidneys cannot take it. The food is only $2 and can be bought from the vet.
