Jehovah's Witnesses do not celebrate birthdays because they consider the celebration to have pagan origins and to not be fully Christian. They also do not observe Easter and Christmas.
Like most major holidays in other practicing religions like Catholicisms' Christmas, the Jehovah's Witness believe that birthdays are bases on pagan tradition and therefore go against their doctrine.
