Usually your fuel line is the problem. Make sure your fuel is mixed correctly first. The fuel line inside the carburetor could very well have a hole in it. Also try removing the carburetor and clean the screens and the diaphragm within. If it is the fuel line, just replace it. Sometimes leaks are hard to find.
