High water pressure causes vibrations in pipes producing high or low-pitched sounds. Loose/damaged washer creates whistling. Whistling and other plumbing noises occurring far from source due to water pipes being ready conducts of sound. Solution; keep home water pressure at or below 60 psi, replace water pressure regulator if pressures creep higher. Replace faucet washers and refill valve washers

When plumbing is install in a home the pipes are vent outside so it can get air in the pipe's so the water will not get vapor lock in the pipe's. So if your drains are whistle that means you have good airflow getting in the pipes. Which means you do not have many clogs.
