If your monitor is a cathode ray tube (CRT) monitor, it is possible that one of the tubes has burned out or been damaged. This will cause that color to fail to be displayed. You can attempt to compensate for this by adjusting your display settings via your video card's configuration software.

Either you need to re-adjust your bit rate, this can be done through your desktop properties (on Windows. ) Or your monitor's color wheel is starting to go. If your monitor is new take it back where you bought it and get a replacement. If your monitor is a few years old it would be cheaper to just replace it.
