You could have two disparate conditions here. Your kitten may have allergies, a respiratory condition, worms, etc. You need to take your kitten to a vet. Many conditions have these issues. These are SYMPTOMS, not a condition. A vet needs to evaluate your kitten and make tests, to prescribe the proper treatement.

This is very common with kittens as they do not have a lot of control over most of their bodies. When sneezing the kitten will sometimes have diarrhea because it looses control over its bodily functions. The kitten will likely loosen its buttox muscles and accidently go to the washroom in its confusion.

Sneezing and diarrhea in a kitten can make the kitten's normally adoring owner very unhappy, not to mention how bad the sick kitten feels. Handle wastes very carefully but take the kitten to a vet for an examination as soon as possible.

This is just what little bitty kittens do, so if he is less than six weeks old, don't worry too much.
