The best thing to do for the kitten is take in for a vet exam. The infected eye will need some drops and the diarrhea could be from any number of things such as diet or worms or some other infection.

You need to take it to a vet immediately. When small kittens have diarrhea it can cause them to get dehydrated very quickly and can kill them. You also need to get antibiotics for the eye.

Please take your kitten to see a veterinarian. Intestinal parasites are probably the cause of the diarrhea so bring a stool sample and the vet will give you a de-wormer. Recent switching of food, stress or other health issues can also cause diarrhea. Eye infection can be resolved with eye ointment (ex. Triple-A antibiotics) and eye flushing if treated early.
