Get hold of any antidiarrhoeal suspension that is used for children. Just inject 5ml into the mouth of the kitten with the help of a syringe at 6 hours intervals.

Kittens need to have fresh, clean water available along with a diet of dry kitten food. Wet food can also be difficult to digest. Do not ply him with any form of "people" food or milk. Keeping him in a smaller area such as a bathroom or training cage will help calm nerves that could be cause for the diarrhea.

Kittens with diarrhea are probably due to tapeworms or ringworms, as most kittens are born with them or get them at a young age. A simple pill from your local vet or pet supply store should clear up the problem, just make sure to clean their litter box after.

Feed the kitten a bland diet of rice and cooked meat. Sometimes a little bit of Kaopectate can help. Keep water available and if it persists, see a vet.
