Your kitten might be shaking because it is cold, sick, or nervous. Is there something going on that is making it scared? It might just need to be held. If it doesn't go away see the vet.

Any abnormality in your pets should be cause to see your vet. It could ALWAYS be something more serious than we believe. Probably though, it's scared or nervous. Many young pets tremble when they're afraid, and they become upset over just about anything.

Your kitten is possibly shaking or quivering because it is afraid. As with many mammals, it will react with fear to new situations. Try to comfort it and assure it that you will protect it.

This is something unexpected. Does the kitten lost the mother? or did you bring it from far away place? In that case the climate may disturb the pet. But somes internal disease must be the reason. Given the symptoms, major ailment is foreseen. Consult a vet and treat it immediately.
