Either you've gotten used to a malfunctioning transmission, or the flush was performed incorrectly and the transmission is now malfunctioning. If I were you, I would take the car to a different shop--preferably a dealership--and have them inspect/repair it, and bill the other shop if they caused the damage.

Your transmission fluid has been changed and any "gunk" that was clogging your transmission has been removed making your engine run smoother and closer to a factory setting. this might be drastic or a slight change in the way your car drives and this is to be expected.

It's possible that the transmission isn't filled all the way or that the proper fluid wasn't replaced. There are several different types of ATF on the market today and, if your car requires a special synthetic, or blend, the servicing technician may not have known that. Other problems may stem from a wrongly fit filter or a sensor came loose.

Cars will tend to preform drastically different after long awaited transmission services. Typically this is caused by the transmission not being used to the new fluid.

Sediment in the valve body that is now moved is now moving thru other parts of the transmission, which can be making the cylinoids stick and therefore it is preventing them from moving freely and this effects shifting quality. You may need to get it flushed out again.

Your car may drive strange after a transmission flush if the fluid wasn't filled to the proper level or if the incorrect fluid was used. Also, your shift adaptives may need reset.

There maybe a clog in the valve or the hose. You should have it checked out though, to see what is wrong with it.
