The most common cause is a urinary tract infection. Other symptoms include pain in the abdominal area, fever, cloudy urine (due to the bacteria in the urinary tract) and pus or drainage. A doctor can diagnose the UTI and prescribe antibiotics.

This is most likely a urinary tract infection, or UTI. UTI's are more commen in women than men. UTI's are not generally serious, but they are usually painful. They are treated with a course of antibiotics and are easily cured if you take all the medicine prescribed.

The reasons are numerous. It may be an UTI (Unrinary Track Infection), insufficient consumption of water, over consumption of spicy food or a STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) after unsafe sex. Meet a Urologist to rule out the worst one (the last one).
