Why do people think "Kick My Dog" is funny?

This was a prank call that was intended to prank someone and no animal was hurt at all as it is fictional in nature. People find these sort of pranks funny as they are responding to the reaction of the call's receiver, and not so much on the subject matter itself.

Agree with you! Idon't understand why they like those kind of low rude humor. Just think that they don't have a dog, or maybe they are dog haters :)
