Why do people save condiments packets?

There are various reasons for keeping, or collecting condiments packets. The most common, obviously, is that they are generally given free with orders of food and if you collect enough of them you can save few dollars using free condiments as opposed to ones you pay for. Also, some people horde them due to psychological issues or collection purposes.

Well I save condiments because it just seems like a shame to throw it away. Those little packets come in handy when I run out of ketchup or hotsauce and its convenit when I pack my lunch for work or go on picnic. Also it save you money on aa tight budject.
