Most times when legs hurt, it could be from standing too long or walking to far. When legs hurt or tingle it also sounds like you have restless leg syndrome.

The tingling sounds like poor blood circulation. There could be many things causing the pain and tingling. Some possible reasons could be nerve damage, muscle damage, complications from diabetes, or blood clots. Poor circulation can be caused by a number of things such as heart problems, blood pressure, or even blood clots or nerve damage.

Depending on what your recent activity is, your legs hurt and tingle could be because of poor circulation, build up of lactic acid from physical activity or something else.

Your legs can hurt and tingle for a variety of reasons. Restless leg syndrome, poor circulation, and water retention are just a few of the causes. Patients that have undergone surgery may also experience it shortly after but it should go away after a few days.
