Why do my legs ache during my period?

It is very common for women to have ache's in their upper legs during the menstrual period. It is caused by changes in your hormones and could be an indication of endometrocis. If it becomes bothersom you should consult with your doctor to rule out anything serious. Get plenty of rest and take warm bath soaks.
