It could be as simple as you were standing all day. It could be arthritis setting in. If you think you have an injury please go to the doctor.

This is usually caused by either a poor sleeping position or poor body support at night by a mattress that is too soft or too hard. It can sometimes be caused by restless leg syndrome, but this can require a sleep clinic diagnosis or by someone observing you at night.

That depends on your age and other physical conditions; it may mean early arthritis. Many things might help. I enjoy a memory foam mattress topper, and it has helped a lot; I put a comforter over it beneath the fitted sheet because it made me sweaty. If your doctor approves, one buffered aspirin before bed can help a lot, too.

This can depend on a number of things. Your age, sex, weight, diet, physical fitness, and physical activity all play key roles in how your body feels. Try changing one thing at a time to see if it helps.
