I had total hip replacement 10 days ago and have had numbness in my good leg since. What does that mean?

My best guess is that it is the part of the leg that was under pressure for the two hour operation.

You are probably right. When you undergo this procedure, you can experience swelling from a part of your body laying in one position for long periods of time. I would suggest that you call you doctor right away and inform them of the situation. This could be something that goes away with time, but just to be safe.

That's a good guess as they lay you on your side for this. If they gave you an epidural for pain management, that could also be a cause. However, 10 days is a long time. I suggest you follow up with your orthopedic surgeon.
