The dream is a reflection of your thoughts. As you get dreams about falling of teeth that shows you care a lot for your teeth. As you do brush before going to bed the last activity is done on teeth so thats the reason why you get dreams about teeth falling.

Same dreams years ago sent me to the dentist. Though my teeth looked great on the surface I learned I had gum disease that left unattended would have caused my teeth to loosen & ultimately come out. It was straight forward, nothing deeper than that. Had care done & dreams stopped.
