Check your hot water tank - if you aren't getting any hot water (or if it's only warm), it's likely that your tank isn't working properly. Most tanks have two heating elements. If the water is only warm (and not hot), it's normally because one of the elements needs replacing.

Your hot water could be broken, or you could be having an issue with your pump. If you rent, this would be your landloard's responsibility. If not, you might want to get hold of someone to look at it if you don't know how.

I have no hot water pressure when I am in the shower because at the same time that I am showering, I am also running the washing machine to wash my clothes. Because this also takes a lot of hot water, it leaves me taking a cold shower. It could also be that our hot water heater is old.

The reasons for not having hot water pressure might be multiple. You should consider the possibility of malfunction of water pipe system that delivers water to you, malfunction of the pump at the water station or maintenance works.
