Why do Cheetos make your fingers change color?

Unless we're eating a different type of Cheetos, they are most definitely more orange than yellow in color. As far as why they change your fingers change color, it's simple. They're covered in a cheese powder, and when you eat with your hands, your hands become covered as well.

They're orange with white underneath which comes out to yellow? Or yellow plus your natural skin color comes out to orange? Just guessing here.
