Why did my 10 month old stop sleeping through the night?

My baby got to a point where she would sleep through the night, then all of a sudden, she stopped. I miss getting rest.

She may be hungry. Try feeding a little bit more in the evening, possibly add cereal to fruits / veggies to thicken them up a bit for more substance. Make sure that she is full before bed, possibly give her a couple additional ounces of formula before bed. If that doesn't work it could also be teething.

If she is not hungry or in pain, then it's probably just become a habbit which would take about 3 days to change.

Assuming she is not sick, it could just be a developmental stage. She may be suffering a bit of separation anxiety now that she is more aware that she is in fact a separate entity from you. I think it is a big misconception that once babies sleep through the night they always will. Everyone has sleep cycles.

Your baby knows if she cries you will give her what she wants have you tried to just give her a pacifier don't practice this.

Sometimes a baby will not want to sleep alone and may be afraid of the dark. The older they get the more they realize. They could be having nightmares too.
