I have followed the directions but I ca n not seem to get anything to upload.

Any video that you attempt to upload to your Sansa Fuze should be converted using the Sansa video conversion software.

First you will need to get Arcsoft Media Converter 3. Once you've done that drag and drop the video you want to play into that program. It will convert it for you and then you will be able to download video.

You may not be able to add movies since the video may not be able to load onto FUZE due to the type of format.
