The most common reason for yellow leaves on a kalanchoe is overwatering. Make sure that the kalanchoe has good soil and is planted in a pot with drainage holes. Water the plant enough so that the water runs out the bottom. Don't water again until the plant begins to feel a little dry.
Usually when any indoor plant has problems, it's either underwatering or overwatering, assuming you have no pests. Check for aphids, spider mites, scale and all those assorted pests. If the plant is bug free, water it less.
Kalanchoe don't need a lot of water and will get spots on their leaves in damp weather. Give them cross ventilation, bright light and quick draining soil mix. Don't over-fertilize.
your leaves on your kalanchoe are turning yellow because it is getting to much sunlight and it is drying out the soil so you should try to keep the soil moist and give it a little bit less sunlight so the soil doesn't dry up again this will make it grow better
