Sometimes a the brake pads' shoulders wear a groove into the brake pad slide on the caliper making it so the pad won't retract from the disk. Remove the caliper and pads and file the slide smooth and then lube it with high temp brake silicone lube.

You probably have warped rotors. You should get them turned at a shop (at most a $50 job). Or you could replace them with new ones yourself, but either way you will probably want to get new brake pads too. Or do what I'm doing and drive them till they break (not a safe option).

This seems to be a problem with the calipers check the rubber lining of the calipers if they are old change it because damaged rubber line can cause them to squeeze together and this prevents the brake fluid and air pressure from returning to normal especially after braking. Sometime new shoes can give some problems but i,m sure its the calipers.

Properly functioning brakes are essential for your safety as a driver and for the safety of others on the road. You should have your brakes inspected immediately. Some places offer free brakes inspections to diagnose your problem. You may have a loose or stuck caliper. Your ABS system may by going bad or your master cylinder may need repairs.

Your front brakes are locking because your brake pads are going out. You will need to have these replaced to run correclty.
