Why are pre teen boys so stupid?

A lot of pre teen guys end up coming across as really annoying and stupid because they are trying to act cool but really have no idea how to go about doing it. They do stupid things that they think are funny among themselves, but to everyone else appears really immature. Just try to deal with it, they'll learn eventually.

It's not that they are stupid but it's just that they aren't as mature as any girls. Girls mature earlier than boys. And plus boys don't really care about a lot of things at that age. Their mostly into video games and what not. I wouldn't say they are stupid though.

Their level of maturity development at that age is a lot less than preteen girls, which is why they act in childish ways. However, their basic intelligence is not affected.
