Why are people jealous of you?

Jealousy occurs when every people see something in you that they wish they had for themselves. For instance, some people are jealous of my job as a physician. People who are satisfied with their own lives are less likely to be jealous of others. The main things that people become envious of our love, money, and power.

They could be envious of your financial or marital status. You have the education and job that other people covet. A great personality and lots of friends could be the cause. Fabulous looks and beautiful clothes is another cause. Your standing in the community can cause rifts. There are tons of reasons and you may never know why.

Some look at others superficially and assume they are wealthy, or have a great career, or a fantastic marriage and that everything in life is perfect. Then they look at themselves are unhappy at their lot. These jealous people don't take into account any kind of hard times and sacrifice others have experienced. They are unrealistic in their thought patterns.
