When your status does't match with others, having disappointments disturbing you or your relativses and others showing off too much about their possessions when you have nothing that much to relish are the major reasons for over jealousy in you. This is an imbibed nature found in all people. So try to accept life as it is.Be happy.

Usually jealousy is a sign of insecurity and super jealousy is super insecurity. When you are jealous you are showing a sign that you are not sure about yourself. In romance, you are jealous because you are incapable of replacing that person if you lose it.

I think people are jealous typically because of either low personal self-confidence or that they, themselves, would cheat. If you are confident about yourself and have established a committed relationship, what is there to be jealous of?

You are attempting to control another person, and, not surprisingly, you are not being successful at it. You cannot control what another person does; you can only control what you do. Work on being a desirable, thoughtful, kind, loving, empathetic person instead of trying to control someone else. That will work better.

Has the person you are in a relationship with given you a reason to think he or she may be unfaithful? If not you need to fiqure out why you have so little self confidence that you think a person could not be faithful.
