Your best bets for cheap curtains are eBay, yard sales and a Goodwill store. Make sure you measure your windows well and bring a measuring tape to a store or yard sale. Also, see if you can swap with a friend for something she needs.

I have been looking for curtains as well for my new home. I was able to find some very cheap curtains at Ross. They had a pretty good selection at the lowest prices i have ever come across. I also found some cheap clearance priced curtains at Lowe's. I was very surprised as they were marked at 75% off!

I don't know anyone that sells really cheap curtains, although you can sometimes score well at discount stores and clearance racks. Otherwise curtains are very, very easy to make yourself.

It is better to purchase good quality curtains at a good discount rather than cheap curtains that will need replaced quickly. JC Penney has a wonderful outlet section of their website for good quality curtains at a discount store price. You can save hundreds of dollars on curtains that won't need replaced until you want to change the style.
