Yes. Consumer Reports is a magazine and they also publish ratings on many products, most importantly, baby products. Another good company is the BBB, the better business bureau which tracks products, I also believe the federal government has an inspection agency that checks products for safety, but you can also go to the company that makes the strollers also.
