There are packages that range from $4,000USD to $500 USD. It is normally very expensive unless you are making an e-book.

It may depend of the quality of the book, if your are a well known author or your are a public person the cost is next to nothing. But i suppose that you are a regular author and in this case your book may cost you about 5000$
